NOTIFICATION OF POSITION VACANCY

TITLE: Executive Assistant (part-time)
REPORTS TO: President/CEO
LOCATION: Albuquerque, NM
COLLECTIVE ACTION STRATEGIES, LLC is a small, woman owned consulting firm dedicated to clients that work to improve the health and lives of women and families.

POSITION PURPOSE: To provide organizational and administrative assistance the President/CEO with various projects focused on public health, early childhood systems, health care reform, maternal/child health.
POSITION HOURS/COMPENSATION:
Part-time (12-16 hours a week)
$14-18/hour DOE

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Administration:

Record maintenance, including filing, data entry and basic data management
Payment and tracking of bills (invoices) and checks
Processing of accounts receivables
Establish systems for daily operations
Coordinate various project schedules using a shared calendar
Program and Communications Support:
Coordinate online newsletter
Write and post content for social media platforms
Write emails to communicate information
Take notes in meetings
Edit notes and other documents
Organize information in spreadsheets and other documents
Create online registrations and surveys

• Work with interns and independent study students to accomplish the above
• Some in-state travel

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in public health, public policy, political science, public administration, social work
• Experience with Quickbooks (for MAC preferable)
• Highly organized
• Written and oral communication skills
• Experience in public health, women’s health, or early childhood systems a plus
• Experience in government affairs, health care or health education a plus.
