For more than three decades, Giovanna Rossi has worked at the intersection of policy, communications, leadership, and systems change.
She has advised government agencies, nonprofits, foundations, associations, and industry leaders on how to build support for complex initiatives and create lasting impact.
Her work combines public affairs strategy, coalition building, facilitation, communications, and leadership development.

Family Friendly Business Award
Giovanna Rossi is the founder of the Family Friendly Business Award. This initiative recognizes businesses with family-friendly policies and serves as a resource for businesses to increase and improve the policies they offer their employees. FFNM supports businesses to become family-friendly and improve their family-friendly practices by providing educational seminars, a toolkit with sample policies, as well as peer-to-peer support.
